CEO SPEAKS:

Actually this is not only a moment of immense joy but also a shoulder burdening responsibility towards the path travelled so far by me and my associates at KAYVEES.

The journey so far may seem impressive, but I think still there is long to go before I reach the cliff of my goal.

While looking at past the encountered tasks and troubles, the efforts taken, the barriers faced and the solutions provided gives me the strength.

THE START:

After completing my basic graduation in science, I accomplished a diploma in interior designing. Being topper in the branch, I started my career with an architectural and interior designing firm. After gaining an initial experience I resigned to start my own firm working in interior designs and decor.

Primarily KAYVEES was only dealing in designing and decorating the interior of homes, offices and industries. So far, say I was working on aspects of interiors, which is a last stage of real estate business. But soon I discovered that the whole process is not sufficient to sate my creative energy and skills. My vision with different aperture and continuously growing energy showed me various other aspects of the business. These were the sides where my skills, so far not fully utilized could have fitted in place, so in 2008 with KAVEES ESTATES we stepped in an area where almost nothing in real estate is devoid.

Today with KAYVEES ASSOCIATES and KAVEES ESTATES the KAYVEES group stands with high hopes and morals in the field of real estate.

CORE VALUES:

Being a CEO of KAYVEES I strongly believe that, a company is a chunk of people working together for each other’s well beings. The achievement so far accomplished has a share of my associates and I am bound to provide them their needs and fulfill their dreams too.

In KAYVEES dictionary customer satisfaction is a central driving force of work and infringing of his trust is a biggest sin.
